The main living area of the cottage is open plan comprising:-

Kitchen. With electric cooker, cooker hood. Microwave, refrigerator and all equipment associated with a modern kitchen

Dining Area :  Seats 6

Lounge Area:  With L-shaped comfy seating, flat screen TV and Portuguese satellite tv box, plus DVD player

Note, the cottage has free wi-fi throughout.

Bathroom  Modern suite with an over bath shower

          

Bedroom  1.  With double bed, window to the front of the cottage

Bedroom  2.  With twin beds overlooking the rear of the property

         

Guests also have access to hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, pool towels, use of washing machine and deep freeze. There are lilos for the pool, sun loungers and a sun umbrella.

The cottage has two covered verandas to the rear of the property and the area surrounding the swimming pool captures the sun all day long.

Outside Dining.  Bread oven and barbecue in outside kitchen with tables and benches around the swimming pool

The cottage also has central heating for the winter months and during Spring, summer and early autumn maintains a cool ambient temperature throughout the day due to its traditional structure.

 

Swimming pool:  Our cottage has a fully maintained 10mts x 5mts swimming pool, ideal for an early morning swim or a cooling dip during the day. The shallow (1 mt depth) end is entered by steps, the deeper end is 2 mts in depth. Use of the pool is for guests staying at Pequena Graca and the owners only.

         

We are located 12kms, a ten minute drive from the central Portugal town of Tomar, where you can find a full range of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and other facilities.  Our nearest shop selling fresh bread, fresh meat and vegetables is 5kms away. There is a Taberna within the hamlet, where you can experience an authentic Portuguese meal, at little cost, on a Saturday night
